The Design Council have published a case study about James Heal on their website describing the design review project that we commissioned.
Back in 2009 James Heal turned to the Design Council to review the business model with a view to developing and growing the business.
Anyone that has had a relationship with James Heal over the past few years will know that we have gone through a major development process, most visibly through the rebranding exercise that followed as a direct result of the collaboration with the Design Council. We continue to benefit from the advice that we received during this time.
Prior to the business review, we had issues of inconsistency with branding and our corporate image. However following the rebrand project, we have developed a modern look and feel which creates impact amongst customers and helps us to gain credibility in an industry dependant on trust. We are confident that our branding now reflects the company values of precision and innovation and customers support this.
Never complacent, we understand the need to constantly develop and the brand continues to evolve with new products, the new website and new stationery, however we are conscious of the knowledge gained through the collaboration and we continue to apply the principals that we have learnt.
