Calibration
For laboratories that demand the highest standards, James Heal can offer both UKAS and ISO calibration and certification (ISO/IEC 17025). This ensures that each instrument fully complies with any relevant standards – with no compromises.
James Heal service engineers travel the globe to perform on-site calibration visits, using bespoke and dedicated calibration software
Customers are provided with online access to calibration certificates, available within 48 hours via our portal. Having comprehensive, accurate certification is vital for full traceability and successful audit purposes.
In addition, each visit by an engineer provides customers with 12 months free technical support cover on that instrument from date of calibration.
Test Instrument Servicing
Take advantage of preventative maintenance by having your instrument serviced by James Heal engineers. Servicing visits by our UKAS accredited engineers will help to minimise downtime and ensure the instrument consistently performs to its usual exceptional standard.
James Heal engineers average in excess of 20 years field engineering experience, visiting customers worldwide to ensure exceptionally high standards of quality and performance from their lab instruments. This could include rectifying faults, replacing broken or worn parts, and making adjustments to ensure equipment is in the best possible condition, and provides continuous accurate and reliable textiles testing.
